Welcome to the Catoosa County Foster and Adoptive Parent Association Home Page. We are a nonprofit group made up of families providing support for children in need. Foster parents and their families open their hearts and homes to provide a safe and loving home to those in need. Children suffering from abuse and/or neglect are placed in care for days, weeks and sometimes years and are often adopted by their foster families.
 
Becoming a foster parent is a big commitment with even bigger rewards. The needs of children in care are not just food, clothing, and a safe secure home but that they are provided reassurance, encouragement, self esteem, love, and the ability to love someone else.
